About this scholarship
The Gotaas Memorial Scholarship is a need-based award for Westhampton College students at the University of Richmond who major in Arabic Studies, Chinese Studies, French, German Studies, Italian Studies, Latin American Latino and Iberian Studies, or Russian Studies, or who minor in Japanese Studies. Two awards of approximately four thousand five hundred dollars each support participation in University of Richmond-sponsored study abroad. Applicants apply through the LLC scholarship process by the February deadline and must consult the Office of Financial Aid because receipt may affect overall aid packaging. Funds may only be applied to Richmond-sponsored study abroad programs.
