Gordon Lowther Scholarship

Open to a full-time student in an Honours program in Social Science at York University who is moving from first to second year. The scholarship goes to the student with the highest cumulative grade point average from the first year of studies at York.

The scholarship is $1,100. One award is granted.

No separate application is required; selection is based on first-year cumulative GPA in a Social Science Honours program.

Established in memory of Professor Gordon Lowther, a Social Science faculty member known for his interests in evolutionary biology and philosophy.
