Go Global Sustainability Award

UBC Vancouver students nominated to participate in a Go Global program who demonstrate a plan for sustainable travel, an interest in climate action at their host institution, and engagement with the UBC community in sustainable learning opportunities after their international experience may apply.

Awards totalling $10,000 are available annually, valued at $1,000 each. The award is offered in addition to any other Go Global award the student is set to receive.

Students apply through the Go Global Gateway portal by searching for the sustainability award experience. Awards are made on the recommendation of Go Global, in consultation with campus partners focused on sustainability and climate justice.
