Global Health Travel Award

For one or more fourth-year UBC MD students who demonstrate a commitment to global health across the MD program and will participate in a global health elective where there is mutual benefit for the student and the host community.

Travel awards help offset the cost of the elective. Award amounts vary.

Applications must include a CV and a personal letter describing global health involvement and reasons for selecting the elective site, and must be received by January 30. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Division of Global Health.
