First- or second-year MD students at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine who take on a global-health project (about 240 hours between June and August) that advances health equity, addresses challenges in low- and middle-income settings, or supports global health education. Projects may be based in Ottawa or internationally. Students can receive funding from each Global Health Student Builder program only once during undergraduate medical education.
