For a J.D. student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC Vancouver who has achieved high standing in Construction Law or Alternate Dispute Resolution courses. Financial need may be considered.

A $1,900 memorial scholarship has been endowed in memory of Glenn A. Urquhart, QC by his family.

There is no separate application. The award is made on the recommendation of the Peter A. Allard School of Law.

Glenn Urquhart, QC was a respected litigation lawyer and later mediator and arbitrator in construction law, known for his practical approach and sense of humour.
