About this scholarship
Georgia residents enrolled in undergraduate degree programs at Kennesaw State University or other University System of Georgia institutions with a 3.0 HOPE GPA may qualify for the state-funded HOPE Scholarship.
Award amounts vary and cover a portion of tuition based on enrolled credit hours (up to 15 per semester). The scholarship is renewable while maintaining a 3.0 GPA.
Apply via FAFSA or GSFAPPS. Amounts are set annually by the Georgia Student Finance Commission.

- Be a Georgia resident
- Meet US citizenship or eligible non-citizen requirements
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree-seeking program; have attempted fewer than 127 hours; no prior bachelor's degree
- Complete the FAFSA or Georgia Scholarship/Grant Application (GSFAPPS) by the last day of the term
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress; comply with Selective Service, no loan default, and Georgia Drug-Free Postsecondary Education Act
