Illinois early care and education or school-age professionals employed at least one year in an IDCFS-licensed or Preschool for All program may apply for Gateways Scholarships. Applicants must work an average of 15 hours per week, meet wage requirements, and commit to continued work in the field after completing the scholarship contract.
