Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected/refugee status holders who are Ontario residents and registered full- or part-time in an undergraduate History program at the University of Ottawa may apply. Applicants need financial need, academic excellence, and community or university involvement. Each year, at least one scholarship goes to a student whose mother tongue is French or whose language of studies is French.
