G. F. Amyot Prize

For a UBC student or resident who has demonstrated meritorious scholarship, leadership, and academic research ability in public health.

A $400 prize is awarded on recommendation of the School of Population and Public Health.

There is no separate student application. The endowment honours G. F. Amyot, who contributed greatly to public health services in British Columbia and helped establish the Department of Health Care and Epidemiology.
