About this scholarship
The Full Tuition Scholarship at Delaware State University is a merit award for entering full-time first-year freshmen who are U.S. citizens and enroll in the fall immediately after high school graduation. It covers the gap between DSU tuition and any federal Title IV or state grant funding such as the Inspire Scholarship, but does not cover room, board, fees, travel, or personal expenses.
