Frederick Welch Bursary

Students in the Faculty of Arts and Science may qualify for this bursary based on financial need. Preference is given to the sons and daughters of mechanics, labourers, and soldiers who are residents of the City of Kingston.

The bursary amount varies.

Selection considers demonstrated need among eligible Arts and Science students, with preference for children of mechanics, labourers, or soldiers from Kingston.

The bursary was established by the late Frederick Welch.
