About this scholarship
Scholarship of up to $5,000 per year for Augustana College students preparing for professional leadership in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, including rostered ministry, music ministry, religious education, theology, and related vocations. Applicants must complete admission and financial aid processes, submit a Rissing application and questionnaire, and provide a reference from a Lutheran pastor or congregational leader. Preference is given to members in good standing of a Lutheran congregation and students with financial need. Renewal requires a 2.5 GPA and continuing church leadership commitment.
