Fred Pennance Award in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate

Open to an outstanding undergraduate student enrolled in the Real Estate option of the Bachelor of Commerce program at the UBC Sauder School of Business who demonstrates scholarship, leadership, and involvement in student and community activities.

A $5,000 award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business.
