Fred Herzog Award in Visual Art

Open to outstanding undergraduate or graduate Fine Arts majors in the UBC Department of Art History, Visual Art and Theory at Vancouver who demonstrate volunteerism and community service.

One award of $5,000 from the Y.P. Heung Foundation. The Department recommends recipients, consulting the Faculty of Graduate Studies for graduate students; there is no separate application.

Honours Fred Herzog, a pioneer of colour photography who documented Vancouver street life for over 50 years.
