Frances and Gordon Halfpenny Memorial Scholarship

For a full-time female student in Year 3 in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Windsor, with a cumulative average of 70-76.9%. Preference is given to a student in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents (including Protected Persons) meeting OSAP Ontario residency requirements.

One award of $3,800 is granted annually.
