About this scholarship
The Focus on the Finish Scholarship helps Michigan Reconnect and Futures for Frontliners participants complete a bachelor's degree at UM-Dearborn after earning an associate degree. Qualifying students receive 30% to 60% of tuition funded by scholarships and grants depending on Pell eligibility and transfer GPA, with Pell-eligible students receiving up to 60%. The commitment covers up to six semesters within three years and allows pausing a term without losing eligibility. Applicants must show proof of program participation, Michigan residency, FAFSA submission, and Satisfactory Academic Progress. This award cannot be combined with other UM-Dearborn scholarships.
