The Finley Academic Excellence Scholarship for transfers supports new Oregon resident transfer students enrolling at the Corvallis or Bend campuses through the University Scholars Program. Recipients may receive up to two thousand dollars annually, renewable for up to three additional years. Students typically have a cumulative transfer GPA of 3.75 or higher.
