Finch Family Indigenous Entrance Award

First-year Indigenous undergraduate students at UBC Okanagan may be considered for these entrance awards. Applicants must apply to a direct-entry undergraduate program and not hold a previous degree. Preference is given to students who have demonstrated significant financial need, academic strength, and community involvement.

Two $10,000 entrance awards (payable at $5,000 per year) are available annually from the Finch family, along with matching funds from UBC. Awards are renewable for a second year subject to maintaining academic standing. The adjudication committee recommends recipients.
