Fight The Flame CRPS Awareness Scholarship

High school seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA who are graduating in the current school year and have been accepted to a four-year undergraduate program at an accredited institution may apply for Fight the Flame CRPS Awareness Scholarships.

Two one-time $1,000 awards support students who advocate for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome awareness.

Applicants complete the application and submit a 500-word essay on CRPS awareness or related advocacy, a communication log sheet, and a copy of their college acceptance letter.

Fight the Flame raises awareness, supports research, and provides resources for people affected by CRPS.
