Fair Divorce Legislation Scholarship

U.S. citizens or residents enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program (high school through graduate) with a minimum 3.0 GPA may apply for the Fair Divorce Legislation Scholarship. Preference is given to New Jersey students. Moskowitz Law Group staff and family are ineligible.

The award is $1,000. Applicants submit a 750 to 1,000 word essay on whether divorce legislation in their state is fair and how it could be reformed, plus a resume and transcript.
