Students entering UBC Vancouver's Graduate Certificate in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership (GCHPCTL) program may be considered. Recipients are assessed on prior academic experience, coaching experience, level of athlete coached, years of coaching experience, and major games involvement.
Awards from a gift by F. J. Tuey are available annually, ordinarily valued at $1,000 each.
Recipients are selected on the recommendation of the School of Kinesiology, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. There is no separate student application.
