Ethel Johns & Isabel Maitland Stewart Memorial Scholarship

Graduate students in Nursing at the University of British Columbia who are financially deserving and have outstanding personal and professional qualifications may qualify. The scholarship is $2,800.

There is no separate application. Awards are made on faculty recommendation. The fund memorializes Ethel Johns, first director of the UBC Nursing program, and Isabel Maitland Stewart, longtime director of Nursing Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
