About this scholarship
The Edward D. Hunter Endowed Scholarship supports Howard University College of Engineering and Architecture undergraduates majoring in chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. Applicants submit the CEA scholarship application, have earned at least thirty credit hours, maintain good academic standing, demonstrate financial need, and hold a minimum 3.3 cumulative GPA with FAFSA or ISFAA on file. Preference is given to students who identify as African American. Awards provide up to five thousand dollars. The scholarship assists continuing CEA students with tuition, fees, room, board, and books through the college's merit and need-based award process.
