About this scholarship
Undergraduate, graduate, or law school students, including incoming college students, enrolled at an accredited institution in the United States may apply if they live in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and hold at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Employees of OFAC Law Group and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
The Eco-Friendly Scholarship awards $1,000 to a student who shares effective ideas or examples of working to improve the environment.
Apply with a 1,000-word essay on how to improve the environment through activism or examples you have already enacted, a professional resume, and a transcript. Essays are checked for AI-generated writing and judged on quality of reasoning.
OFAC Law Group established this scholarship to support students invested in environmental improvement. Preference may be given to students from or attending school in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
