About this scholarship

Members of the UBC Vancouver Thunderbirds Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball teams in any year of study may be considered. Preference is given to students from Scarborough, Ontario.

One or more awards may range from $500 each up to the maximum allowed under athletic association regulations, funded through a gift from Drew Green. Selection is made on the recommendation of the Athletics Awards Committee; there is no separate application.

Drew Green is a football and basketball enthusiast who established this award to support athletes from his hometown of Scarborough, Ontario.
