Dr. Saida and Firoz Rasul Award in Dental Hygiene

Open to graduating Bachelor of Dental Science students at UBC Vancouver who demonstrate community service and involvement in the dental community. One $2,000 award is available annually. There is no student application; the award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Dentistry.

The award was established by Dr. Saida Rasul OBC, recipient of the Order of British Columbia in 2015 and the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012, and Firoz Rasul to celebrate the community contributions of the next generation of dental hygiene professionals.
