About this scholarship
Established in 2016 by the estate of Dr. Russell P. Kropp, a veteran and longtime Florida State University educator who also served Flagler College as advisor and honorary alumnus, this scholarship honors his contributions to educational research. Recipients must be full-time Education majors in good standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to students with demonstrated financial need. Continuing students apply through the February institutional scholarship portal with applications due March 1 at midnight.
