Dr. Ron and Hélène Goodman Physics Travel Award

For Ph.D. students in McMaster's Department of Physics & Astronomy who demonstrate academic excellence. Preference is given to female students.

Amount varies. Funds offset costs of attending or participating in professional conferences or learning opportunities. Awarded by the School of Graduate Studies on the recommendation of the Department of Physics & Astronomy.

Established in 2020 by Dr. Ron H. Goodman (Ph.D. '64) and Hélène Goodman in recognition of the value of conferences and discussion in physics.
