Dr. Ralph Yorsh Scholarship in Dentistry

Outstanding D.M.D. students at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry are eligible. Four scholarships of $500 each are available from this endowment.

Recipients are chosen on the recommendation of the Faculty of Dentistry. No separate application is required. The scholarships were established through an estate gift from Dr. Ralph Yorsh (1921-2020), a Vancouver general dentist who lectured in the Faculty and founded UBC's Toastmasters International chapter.
