Dr. Lorraine G. Spranzo Memorial Scholarship

Graduate students in accredited nursing programs or doctoral candidates (PhD, DNP, or EdD) in nursing-related fields may apply for the Dr. Lorraine G. Spranzo Memorial Scholarship through the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain.

Eligible candidates must have completed at least 12 credits in their graduate program while maintaining a 3.0 GPA. Master's programs must be NLNAC- or CCNE-accredited. One award is granted per cycle; the amount varies.

Apply through the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain. The scholarship honors Dr. Lorraine G. Spranzo, a 1967 graduate of the New Britain General Hospital School of Nursing and a nursing informatics research scholar.
