Open to an international student with superior academic achievement who is entering the second year of an undergraduate Civil Engineering degree.
One scholarship of $1,250 is awarded. Selection is based on academic achievement, involvement with student groups, community service, and/or volunteer work, with preference for students for whom English is a second language.
