Dr J A McConnell Memorial Prize in Anaesthesia

Residents in the UBC Department of Anaesthesia Resident Training Program may qualify, in any year of training. The prize is $200 and goes to the resident the Department considers to have the highest level of academic achievement in Anaesthesia.

The award memorializes Dr. J. A. McConnell, Clinical Assistant Professor in Anaesthesia, remembered for his clinical ability and work organizing continuing medical education in the field.
