Dr H L W Turnbull Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship goes to the student in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia's Vancouver campus who completes the second year with the highest aggregate standing in the pre-clinical subjects. The award is valued at $1,500.

There is no application; the recipient is selected by the Faculty of Medicine based on academic standing.

The scholarship was founded by the family of Dr. H. L. W. Turnbull (1880-1950) in testimony of his marked devotion to the study and practice of medicine as a measure of help to men and women.
