Dr. Gerald (Sikapiistamix “Grey Bull”) Conaty Memorial Award

Entering or continuing full- or part-time University of Lethbridge students from the Blackfoot Confederacy who demonstrate financial need may apply. Selection considers participation in, contribution to, or interest in preserving, interpreting, or celebrating culture and heritage.

The award is $1,000. A committee with representation from the Student Awards Office, an Indigenous Student Advisor (or iikaisskini Indigenous Gathering Place), and a traditional Blackfoot Elder selects the recipient. Apply online through the University of Lethbridge awards portal.
