Dr. David MacPherson Bell Award

For MD students in good academic standing who demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to students interested in practicing in a rural community outside the Lower Mainland after graduation.

Up to 10 awards are offered, ideally valued at $12,000 each, from an endowment in memory of Dr. David MacPherson Bell (1919-2003).

There is no separate application. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Medicine.
