The Dr. Charles P. Bilbrey Endowed Scholarship provides a thirteen-hundred-dollar needs-based award to deserving James Madison University students in the Computer Information Systems and Business Analytics program. Established by former department head Dr. Charles P. Bilbrey, the scholarship supports juniors and seniors majoring in CIS who demonstrate financial need through the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
