For a first- or second-year resident in core internal medicine who intends to pursue cardiology residency and demonstrates excellence in clinical care, bedside manner, communication, and ethics.
A $2,100 award is granted.
There is no separate application. The award is made on the recommendation of the Director of the Postgraduate Education Program for General Internal Medicine, in consultation with the Division of Cardiology.
