About this scholarship
First-year law students at ABA-accredited U.S. law schools with a scientific or engineering degree, patent bar eligibility, strong academics, and a demonstrated commitment to IP law diversity may apply for the Donald W. Banner Diversity Fellowship. The fellowship provides $5,000 toward 1L summer clerkship tuition or school expenses at Banner Witcoff in Chicago or Washington, D.C. An additional $5,000 is payable if the student returns for 2L summer and accepts a full-time offer (maximum $10,000).
