One award of $1,700. Apply through the Student Centre Financial Assistance Profile by September 30; the Faculty of Social Science selects the recipient after the Office of the Registrar confirms need.

Established through Foundation Western by William Edgar to recognize teaching by Professor Craig Simpson, and offered through the Ontario Student Opportunity Trust Fund (OSOTF) program.
