Department of Family Medicine Global Health Travel Bursary

Full-time MD or other University of Ottawa students, or Faculty of Medicine residents, who have been approved for a Department of Family Medicine global health initiative may apply. Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected/refugee status holders, and international students.

The bursary provides up to $2,000 toward travel costs. Two awards are available.

Apply via Online Scholarships and Bursaries by March 31 with a transcript, supervisor support letter, letter of intent, and proof of academic approval.
