Canadian citizens or permanent residents registered in French-language Teacher Education (Formation à l'enseignement) or a French-language master's or doctoral education program related to special education at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Education may apply. Applicants should have completed high school in French in Ontario, demonstrate financial need, show commitment to French-language special education, and meet academic excellence standards including positive practicum evaluations. The award is $2,000.
