About this scholarship
Each year the Delta College Foundation awards hundreds of named endowed scholarships through a single online application open to current and future Delta students who are high school graduates or GED holders. Most awards total one thousand two hundred fifty dollars per academic year, split as six hundred twenty-five dollars for fall and six hundred twenty-five dollars for winter based on enrollment. Applicants write scored essays, may need to upload a high school transcript if they have no Delta GPA, and are ranked by volunteer reviewers. Award notifications arrive in April and recipients must accept the offer and submit a thank-you letter to retain funding.
