Outstanding full-time third- or fourth-year Political Science undergraduates at the University of Windsor, with preference for students in the International Relations and Development Studies programme. Requires a minimum 80% cumulative average, proven financial need, and Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status (including protected persons) with Ontario residency.
