About this scholarship

Members of the UBC Vancouver Thunderbird Men's Basketball team in any year of study may be considered, with preference for graduates of Victoria High School in Victoria, Esquimalt High School in Esquimalt, or a high school on Vancouver Island.

One or more awards are granted, each ranging from a minimum of $500 to the maximum allowed under athletic association guidelines. Recipients should demonstrate excellent leadership and maintain good academic standing.

There is no separate application. Awards are made on the recommendation of the President's Athletic Awards Committee.
