Dave Currey Award in Forestry

Second-, third-, or fourth-year undergraduate students pursuing a degree in the UBC Faculty of Forestry may receive this award.

Awards of up to $4,000 each are offered by H. David Currey, BASc (Agricultural Engineering) 1950, from a pool totaling $25,000. In addition to academic merit, consideration is given to leadership, involvement in student affairs, extracurricular activities, or community service. Preference goes to students demonstrating financial need.

Recipients are selected on Faculty recommendation. There is no separate student application.
