Women living independently without dependents who are currently attending or enrolled in a degree, skills-training, or upgrading program may apply for this external award listed through the University of Calgary.

Two cash awards of $1,000 are available. Recipients may use the funds for education-related costs such as books, tuition, and transportation. Applications are handled through Soroptimist International of Calgary's external award process.
