About this scholarship
CSI Department of Music scholarships, including Lauterbach, Presidential, Hokey Pokey, and Music Talent Awards, help undergraduate musicians pay a portion of resident tuition and fees for the fall and spring semesters. Recipients must be full-time students who actively participate in the Music Department and complete a separate application with letters of recommendation, transcripts, and a personal statement about musical training and goals. Auditions are required, scheduled through the department for April 2026, and first-round materials must arrive by April 7, 2026 at noon to be considered in the initial award cycle.
