About this scholarship
The Cruickshank LGBTQ+ Scholarship recognizes Guam Community College students who self-identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Two five-hundred-dollar awards are available each cycle for full-time new or continuing GCC students who are Guam residents in good standing with a minimum high school cumulative GPA of 2.5. Applicants submit an essay on personal and career goals plus the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the LGBTQ+ community, along with activity listings, two recommendation letters, and official transcripts. Funds apply to tuition and fees only. Submit applications to the GCC Financial Aid Office by the published deadline.
