About this scholarship
International applicants offered admission to a full-time doctoral program at the University of Toronto (citizens and permanent residents of Canada are ineligible) can be nominated for the Connaught International Scholarship.
The award is a renewable top-up paid in addition to the program's normal funding package, for the program's normal funding period (typically 4 to 5 years). Catalog amount is listed as varies; confirm the current top-up and combined funding floor with SGS.
Nominations are made by graduate units based on admission applications. Interested applicants should contact their prospective unit when applying. Nominees generally need an A- average in each of the last two years of full-time study and must not already be registered in a U of T degree program.
